Queer Norwich uses a minimal number of cookies. Here's exactly what they are and why.

Essential cookies

Clerk authentication cookies: If you sign in, Clerk sets cookies to keep you logged in and secure your session. These are strictly necessary for the sign-in feature to work. They're not used for tracking or advertising.

Local storage

We use your browser's localStorage (not a cookie, but similar) to remember your theme preference (Light, Dark, Zen, brat, or Retro). This stays on your device and is never sent to any server.

What we don't use

We don't use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or any third-party cookies beyond Clerk's authentication. We don't track you across websites.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser settings. Clearing Clerk's cookies will sign you out. Clearing localStorage will reset your theme to the default (Light).
